Lawyers and advocates of the RLG are graduates of the leading Law schools, studying at the postgraduate level or already having degrees in law and economics, and have vast experience in law enforcement activities.

Most RLG members have work experience in governmental bodies: tax authorities, federal tax police and internal affairs agencies.
